The Collective of Concrete Roses empowers Black women through collaboration, shared wisdom, and collective strength to create lasting impact and uplift future generations.
A new organization founded by Black women to create community, grow together, and make a lasting impact. Established on February 26, 2025, we are committed to uplifting and empowering one another. Our first annual Rose Garden Gala in 2026 will mark our one-year anniversary during Women’s History Month and showcase the power of unity.
Rose Fit is a space where women reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement. Whether the goal is to slim down, tone up, improve mobility, build strength, or simply step outside the role of “maaaa,” we embark on a shared journey of self-discovery. Three times a week, women gather for our park fitness series, setting both our bodies and aspirations in motion. What began as a way to bring together women with a common goal of transforming their bodies quickly revealed something deeper—we found women seeking transformation in every aspect of their lives. Knowing the program’s accessibility would allow us to secure donations for other branches of The Collective, we never anticipated that it would also bring us the very women who would help support and strengthen those efforts.
Root STEMulation is our group chat and “sharapy” space for mental well-being. Through open sharing, we navigate challenges, learn, and grow. Donations fund The Concrete Crew, allowing us to serve. We take an active approach to spiritual growth—less talk, more action—giving our time and talents to make a difference.
